Her unique approach combines the mind-body connection, meditation, and restorative yoga, enabling you to become more aware of your experiences and decisions.

Who is this for?

This coaching program is designed to help individuals who are experiencing difficulties in finding their new normal and identity after experiencing a loss, being diagnosed with depression or anxiety, feeling overwhelmed with negative thoughts and emotions, experiencing physical pain and illnesses, having trouble sleeping or relaxing, over-explaining their actions to others, making excuses for their behavior, and avoiding facing their problems while pretending that everything is fine.

What the program includes:

  • Weekly 1 hour 1:1 video call or phone call sessions ( option for two hour sessions if needed)

  • Mid week Check-ins via text or email

  • Ability to reach out at anytime during your program for addition help for any situation.

  • Learn tools to use in your day to day, that will allow you to be mindful in every situation

  • Weekly homework that is easy and simply to do to keep you on track and accountable

Holistic grief coach

Growing up I had to work through many challenging moments and how they affected me personally. From leaving a religion I was raised in, death of my father when I was 17 years old, and being true to myself even when I stood alone. I never seemed to find where I belonged. Everyone else seemed to think they had the answer for me. I spent years trying to find myself. I didn't give up when I had anxiety or depression, I didn't cave into temptation or the social norms. I wanted to stay true to me and what I wanted.
