Who is this for?
This coaching program is designed to help individuals who are experiencing difficulties in finding their new normal and identity after experiencing a loss, being diagnosed with depression or anxiety, feeling overwhelmed with negative thoughts and emotions, experiencing physical pain and illnesses, having trouble sleeping or relaxing, over-explaining their actions to others, making excuses for their behavior, and avoiding facing their problems while pretending that everything is fine.

Weekly 1 hour 1:1 video call or phone call sessions ( option for two hour sessions if needed)

Learn tools to use in your day to day, that will allow you to be mindful in every situation

Weekly homework that is easy and simply to do to keep you on track and accountable
