Terms and Policy

The Full Story

Brittney's Coaching is a private 1:1 coaching program.
Each client must complete the 8-week coaching program before they are able to sign up and schedule single sessions or memberships.
Each client will have a consultation call and a discovery call. These calls are meant to get to know each other and see if Brittney's coaching is the best fit for you and if you are a good fit with Brittney. The most important thing about coaching is that the coach and client work well together.
If at anytime during the consultation or discovery call Brittney(coach) or client have the right to step away and not move forward with any coaching.
Inappropriate comments or actions done during or in-between sessions is prohibited. If for any reason the client or coach feel uncomfortable or in danger have the right to stop all coaching and will be unable to schedule any further sessions. If coach stops the coaching for any reason no refunds are available.
Each client has a maximum of 6-months to complete their 8-week coaching program. If for any reason client does not complete their program before the 6-month is up their program does expire and any payments made toward program do not roll over or eligible for refund. If client wishes to complete the 8-week program still they will be required to pay for the program in full again. 
Monthly Membership is a month-to-month membership that you are welcome to cancel at any time. We do require (1) weeks’ notice before your next billing date. 
Members are also able to be put on pause for a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 2 months. Brittney requires a week notice before members next billing date to put their membership on pause.
You will have 2 1hour sessions to use each month. These can be used at 2 sessions or able to combine the hours and have (1) 2-hour long session.
Only 1 unused session is eligible for roll over to the next month. You will have one month to use 1 session and two months to use 1 session. 

Single sessions are schedule one at a time as needed by the client.
Any unused session do expire and is not eligible for refund. 

Cancelation Policy:

Each session: For each session that is schedule either while doing the program, monthly membership or single sessions. Brittney requires 12 hours notice to reschedule your session. You are able to reschedule your session up to (3) times before a rescheduling fee is required. If for any reason you need to reschedule after the 12 hour mark there is a $20 rescheduling fee. the card on file will be charged or you will be required to pay this fee before rescheduling. this cancelation policy also applies to any virtual or in-person yoga session.

Cancelation without reschedule requires a 24hours noticed. If for any reason you are unable to cancel more then 24 hours before your scheduled session there is a $20 cancelation fee that will be charged to the card on file.

 Memberships: Members are able to cancel their membership at anytime as long as they give at least 1 week noticed before their next payment is to come out. Once a member has asked to have their membership canceled they have until what would of been their next payment to use any unused sessions. Once it has passed the day of the next payment and a new payment has not been made, all unused session do expire and can not be redeemed or refunded in any way. 

Program: Client and coach have until after the discovery call to decide if moving forward is best for either one of them. Client will be responsible for the discovery call payment of $300 and any additional money paid toward program will be redeemed. Once the client has had their first session of the 8-week program no refunds are available for any amount. If you are on a payment plan the payments will stop and no additional money will be paid. If you have paid for the program in whole no money will be refunded and client still has up to 6-months to finish program. All clients that have signed up for the 8-week program have 6-months to complete the program. After the 6-months client will be required to pay for a new program in full if they wish to continue. 

Personal information that has been shared with Brittney's coaching such as (full name, number, email, address, payment information) will not be shared or sold to any outside party. 
Brittney understands that things come up, please reach out to her before your sessions expire to see how she can help.
If for any reason Brittney needs to cancel or reschedule your monthly sessions and your session is about to expire, your session is eligible for an extension.
